Important:
The initial confirmation email does not confirm payment completion or order acceptance.
If an incorrect email address is provided, ElaNewYork is not responsible for missed communications.

- Customer service resolutions
- Goodwill gestures
Conditions:
- Personal discount codes are single-use only
- The full value must be used in one transaction
- Store credit is non-refundable

Shipping & Delivery

We determine the shipping carrier. Changes upon request are not possible.
Delays may occur during peak or promotional periods.
3.2 Delivery Address
Orders are shipped to the address provided by the Customer.
If incorrect or incomplete details are submitted:

3.3 Risk Transfer
Responsibility for the Product transfers to the Customer upon delivery.
If issues occur before delivery, please contact support with:

- Full delivery address
